You have time for what you make time for... and you make time for the things you want the most. It is easy to read, you can slip into the book just ten mins a day. Also comes with a link to a downloadable workbook which was awesome! And I really enjoyed reading the book and implementing the techniques into my daily life.

"I loved this book. My kids are raised, but it doesn't matter. This is a 10-minute refresh for women. I am a short list person, and I have three things from Nichole's book that I have implemented into my life. And already, I can feel a difference. 1) Weave exercise into my day, throughout my day. Yes, I can find four minutes (several times a day) to do 20 crunches, ten pushups and ten squats. 2) Change the vocabulary we use. I LOVED reframing "This is overwhelming." to "This is thrilling." 3) Take a ten-minute nature walk. I always took my phone with me when I walked our dog. I wanted to use the time to catch up on podcasts. I love Nichole's idea to enjoy nature. It's been very awakening to leave my house WITHOUT my phone. Nichole has done the research. This is a beautiful book that will leave you encouraged and inspired as you journey through your stage of motherhood. I love that Nichole has so much personal experience to share and a wealth of knowledge where she’s “been there and done that” and now lives to tell us how to do it smarter and better than we could have without her books input. You can feel the energy and positive cheering us on from each chapter. With just 10 minutes a day I can figure out some ways to overcome the negativity and self criticism and replace that with powerful life giving mindshifts to ensure I’m set up to succeed as a friend, wife, mom, employee and more! Give it a read! It’s quick and easy and you’ll be glad you did!
